ON THE COVER: THE THIRD AVENUE BUILDING that had housed Blanchard Cleaners and the Fly Salon on was demolished on September 21. In its place, the Plymouth Housing Group will build the Third and Blanchard Senior Apartments, containing 95 units of low-income housing and the organization's offices. It's the 13th Plymouth project, and the third it's built from scratch.
