New Business of the Month: Musa Design

by Alex R. Mayer

mid ambassadorsFour savvy ladies of Russian descent just opened up an interior design studio on Fifth Avenue and plan to spice things up aound here. Sisters Julia Sandetskaya and Polina Zaika are partners in the venture with Yelena Prokhorenko and Yevgeniya Duhovskaya, who are also sisters. These stylish ladies all have extensive art backgrounds, and their new studio is invitingly well lit. Right now in their gallery are large format c-prints by Nichole DeMent of naked ladies.

Musa Design offers a wide range of services for both commercial and residential clients. Their most recent high profile project was the complete design of Cafe Darclee, which just opened up at the ritzy Fisher Plaza. (For more about Cafe Darclee see page 7).

Musa Design would be the place to go if you wanted to personalize your Belltown condo - they do interiors, exteriors, lighting design, art consultation and purchasing and graphic design too.

They even have their own blog, www.lifechangingdesign.com with some pictures from the DeMent opening and other entries.
